Part of my responsibilities at Microsoft was to assist developers by jumping in and working on a feature or section of code that they need help with to ship their product.

In 2007 I assisted Bungie with a bug that impeded the ability to safe files to disc (notably saved games and movies). This work required significant engine and file system work due to the amount of content constantly generated by the title.
