This revision was mostly an incremental update to the 2010 design. The visual changes consisted of subtle updates to draw greater contrast between content plates and the
background through higher frequency textures and darker colors. In doing so, this design seemed to ease and improve the readability of the site.
A new blog system was added to allow longer form content posts (which is still being tweaked). The underlying code was also cleaned up to produce identical content to the
2008 design but with a much ligher weight codebase.
